Autumn in the north is perhaps the best time to see the northern lights. Stay in the Gamme Northern Light cabins, go looking for the northern lights by AuroraExpress and top it all off with an exciting husky wagon ride! Otherwise you can enjoy the beautiful autumn in the north. Breakfast and 3 course dinner included.

Available: 01.09 – 20.10.

What's included?
  • 2 nights overnight stay in Gamme cabin (one night can be switched to Snowhotel on request, we recommend the second night)
  • Breakfast and three-course dinner in our unique farmhouse restaurant Låven, with a fantastic view to the fjord.
  • Pick-up service at airport, Kirkenes or Hurtigruten
  • Transfer back to airport, Kirkenes or Hurtigruten
  • Hunting the Northern Lights by AuroraExpress
  • Husky Wagon
  • Access to Snowhotel and Reindeer/Husky and puppy farm

Program:
Day 1:
  • Pickup at the airport, boat harbor or Kirkenes
  • From 11:00 Check-in
  • 19:00 Three course dinner
  • 21:00 Hunting the Northern Lights by bus, we drive toward the borders of Russia and Finland to search for the northern lights. Duration ca 3 h.
  • Overnight in Gamme Northern Light cabin

Day 2:
  • 08:30-09:30 Breakfast
  • 10:00 Husky Wagon. You get your own pack of huskies and a musher to drive you around in the scenic area by the fjord. Duration ca 1 hour (incl ca 5 km wagon ride)
  • 19:00 Three course dinner
  • 21:00 Ice bar is open
  • Overnight in Gamme Northern Light cabin
Day 3:
  • 08:30-09:30 Breakfast
  • Transfer back to airport, Kirkenes or Hurtigruten
