How do I book a Package?

Overview of all our packages are here.

Here you will see details of all the packages and their available periods.

When you go to booking, the available dates in the booking calendar will show as blue and full dates as white.
Please note that if one or more of the products in the package are sold out, the package will be unavailable for the given date. It is not possible to see which product is full.
If a package is unavailable on the requested date we recommend you to do one of the following:

1. Try booking another package, which is available in your chosen period. 

2. Make your own package by picking all the products you want and adding to basket. 

Price:
The only price difference between packages and manually picked products is that airport transfer is not included. 

Changing accommodation:

The packages have Gamme Cabin as accommodation as default. You can contact us to change one of the Gamme Cabin nights to Snowhotel stay (no extra charge/change fee), after you have booked the package.

Extra products:
It is also possible to add extra products, and put in the shopping cart together with package, like extra activities or extra night in Cabin/Snowroom (max 1 consecutive night in Snowroom).
How to:
By clicking the “accommodation” or “activities” button in the right corner, after you have added your package to the basket. 

It is also possible to book these extra products in a separate booking at a later time.

Changing activities and times in packages:
Its is not possible to change activities other than those that are in the package. If you would like other activities, we recommed you setting up your own package in the webshop. However if you need to change the time of an activity, you can contact us, and we will assist you depending on availability.
Its not possible to change an already booked travel into a package. In that case you would have to book the missing activities, if available.
Please note some products, like Winter Early Bird Snowmobile tour, is only available via the package. 
Airport transfers are only included when booking a package. It is not possible to add airport transfers for non-package bookings arrears.

Packages can only be booked online.

Booking package for one person:
It is not possible to book a package for 1 person, they are 2 persons minimum. The prices in the package are setup for min 2 people sharing accommodation. To book for 1 person you need to pick the separate products and add to the basket. Please note that the prices will be higher, as you need to book cabin for single use, plus some other discounts that are only included in the package.
