Can I arrange a wedding party with you?

You are welcome to arrange your wedding party at Låven restaurant. Its also possible to have the wedding ceremony with us. Please see this info for wedding offer and program excample. We will forward the request to our restaurant manager Kirsi, who will get in touch with regarding details and planning.

• Price for renting the restaurant  7000nok
• Includes white tablecloth, paper napkins, setting tables ready min 1 day before, use of big screen/ projector
• 1. or 2. Floor restaurant for yourself for whole day
• Includes cleaning and serving
• Includes meeting(s) with restaurant manager
• Food and wine tasting; includes 1-2 starters and 1-2 main courses and 2 different wines for starter and main course. 1-2 desserts if you want to order 3 course menu. We serve 1 portion/chosen food. You can be several to taste. Wine tasting glass is proximately 6cl/wine
• We have small speakers to use, you can use your own or we can also help renting
• we try to arrange that you can come to decorate space day before, minimum same morning

• Ceremony is also possible to organize in our restaurant (free) or in Snowhotel (fee is 2000nok/ 1h). Ceremony you need to organize yourself.

• As welcome drinks I recommend Anna Codorniu Cava (615,-/bottle) and for nonalcoholic, alcohol-free apple cider (90nok/bottle). Proximately 5 glass/bottle. Nice to know if its one glass or is it possible to fill glasses too during mingling.
• Wine with dinner: we charge by bottles, proximately 5 glasses/bottle. If its not open bar, normally its served 3 portions of win/beer/soda during dinner
• Example if 30 guests, 3 drinks for each during dinner, wine bottle 550nok, total 9900nok
• If you have a lot of speeches and program, we recommend setting wine bottles on tables to make sure all has something to drink. We serve first round. Is It possible to have beer/soda instead of wine?
• Cognac/liqueur with coffee and cakes?
• How long you will have open bar for your guests? often guests start to pay themselves after cakes are served
• Bar is open weekends til 02.00
• Visiting ice bar after dinner before cakes, it something special and nice to have little break before dessert/cakes

• We have chance serve different kind of food from buffet, most famous is sausage buffet in Norway
• Price for sausage buffet is 120 – 200nok/person depending how many different sausages, salads etc you will have.
• Normal grill sausage and one other type sausage (wiener-, spiced-, or reindeer) with bread and lumpe, ketchup, mustard, dried onion and potatoesalad is 120nok/person
• Snacks for guests
• Before or instead of night food is chance to order snacks:
• 50nok/person chips and nuts
• 70nok/person chips, nuts and candies
• Overnighting in our Snowhotel rooms or cabins
• Normal price (depending on season) -40%

• 19.30-20.00 depending is it 2 or 3 course dinner, visit in Snowhotel, same time we fix dance floor ready and clean tables
• 20.30 -21 we set cakes and coffee ready
• Wedding dance, bar open (bar is open from start)
• 00.00 or earlier night food
• 02.00 bar closes (fri/sat)
