Does Snowhotel host Conferences and Meetings?

We host conferences and meetings for groups of up to 60 people on our unique premises in the wilderness outside Kirkenes, just a few kilometers from the Russian border.

Our conference room, located in the charming and scenic Låven building, are:

Our conference offering includes a HD projector with 135" screen and PC, depending on your needs. You can connect your own PC, wired or wireless, and mobile devices can be connected wirelessly. We have several wireless microphones that can be used at the same time.

Dinner, accommodation and activities can also be added to your programme.

As soon as we start the booking process, the following info will be useful:

• Menu selection for dinner and lunch (see options in the price list linked below). We ask that the whole group choose the same menu for the day. Info on allergies and/or dietary restriction are also very important for us to prepare and serve alternative meals to those who need it;
• Arrival/departure time and flight number (if you have booked transport);
• Participant list with names of all overnight guests (no later than one week before arrival);
• Possibly, room layout for those who share a room;
• Invoice information with e-invoice address;
• Any further notes regarding the conference, that can be useful for us to deliver a perfect service.
