How do I book summer transfers?

Please note that in summer/autumn season (01.05. – 30.11) transfers are not included, and needs to be booked for a charge. The following transfers are available:

• Hurtigruten/Havila harbor in Kirkenes – Snowhotel 09:00

• Thon/Scandic Hotel in Kirkenes - Snowhotel 13:00  

• Airport – Snowhotel 11:00 / 11:30 /20:00 (corresponding with the SAS and NORWEGIAN flights from Oslo and WIDERØE flight from Tromsø)

On departure:

• Snowhotel  - Thon/Scandic Hotel/Hurtigruten/Havila harbor  in Kirkenes 11:30   

• Snowhotel – Airport  09:45 /18:30 (corresponding with the SAS and NORWEGIAN flights to Oslo and WIDERØE flight to Tromsø)

• Price 400 NOK per person/ per way. Children (0-11) 200 NOK
