What if I am arriving late?

We're excited to welcome you to Snowhotel Kirkenes! Since you'll be arriving late, we kindly ask that you check-in at the restaurant, which is located about 100 meters straight ahead from the gate. As you walk, keep to the left of the Snowhotel, and the restaurant will be at the end. Please be advised that there is no luggage service after 4:00 PM. If you are arriving by car or taxi, you can drive your luggage up to the restaurant for drop-off. However, if you only have light luggage, we kindly request that you carry it yourself.

There are marked guest spots on the parking lot outside the gate by the reception, and you are welcome to park there. If the guest spots are taken, you may park along the road, but please note that you must drive your car out again to park. Parking overnight by your cabin or inside the area is not allowed.
